Guaranteed* five day service within the United States, must be booked one business day in advance of pickup. (delivered within 5 business days)

economy
Seven day service within the United States is ideal for return trips where the exact delivery date is not critical, must be booked one business day in advance of pickup. (typically delivered within 7 business days)

international express
The fastest and most reliable way to forward luggage internationally. Transit times vary by country and range from one to twelve business days.

international standard
A slower and more affordable option for international luggage forwarding, this service is only available in select countries and transit times vary by country.

Luggage Forward is able to offer an industry leading guarantee because proactive measures are taken throughout the course of each order to ensure on time delivery; however, in the unlikely event that a bag arrives after the guaranteed date the order cost will be refunded and Luggage Forward will provide up to $500 of spending cash (for each delayed bag) to help compensate for the delayed luggage. Every booking comes with a standard two hour pickup window and precise pickups are available for an additional fee in most areas within the United States. Luggage Forward insures each bag for $500 and additional insurance can be purchased if necessary. Each service from international express to domestic express can be booked online using Luggage Forward's express checkout process.
