| Every booking made with Luggage Forward,
either online or by phone, is assigned to a Forwarding Specialist
who oversees the shipment from your initial inquiry to delivery at
your destination. Should any of the items fall behind schedule at
any point, your Forwarding Specialist will take immediate corrective
action. This allows us to guarantee on time delivery of each domestic
shipment. In the rare circumstance that an item does arrive late,
you will not be charged for that shipment. Additionally, we will reimburse
you for any consequential expenses that you incur, including replacement
of critical items that are delayed. If your sports equipment is delayed,
we will arrange for the rental of comparable equipment until yours
