(Latest update: May 2, 2020) Luggage Forward continues to operate at full capacity. We have implemented our remote workplace plan for the safety of our team, who are available to assist with your luggage shipping needs. Our global carrier network is operational worldwide and working within any guidance, safety protocols or other government restrictions, which may impact the deliverability of a small number of shipments. Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended our on-time guarantee for all shipments.
