Once your booking has been placed, follow these steps:
Your shipping labels will be generated upon booking and should be printed at an available printer in the public computer station. Alternately, you can visit Customer Service and have them printed.
Attach Luggage Tags
Once you print your shipping labels, please go to Customer Service and request your luggage tags. All bags shipped must have branded Luggage Forward luggage tags attached, which will securely hold your labels during shipment.
Prepare For Collection
Carefully review the Pickup Instructions included on your Luggage Forward Itinerary, which are printed along with your shipping labels.
- Do I need to weigh or measure my bag(s)?
No. Luggage Forward uses the same bag categories as airlines. Simply select the bag category that corresponds to your bag.
- Do I need to box my luggage?
No. You travel with Luggage Forward just like you travel with airlines. No extra packaging is required.
- Where can I track my shipment?
Visit our tracking page and enter your trip confirmation number to obtain the latest tracking information.
- Is my shipment guaranteed to arrive on time?
Yes. Each bag shipped with Luggage Forward is backed by our money back PLUS $500 guarantee.
- Can I purchase insurance for my shipment?
Yes. Each bag shipped with Luggage Forward comes with automatic value protection of $500 against damage and loss. Additional coverage up to $50,000 per bag can be purchased for a fee.
