How It Works
No later than 48 hours prior to disembarkation, follow these four steps to experience total travel convenience for your trip home:
1. Book Online
Book your shipment by selecting the yacht you are sailing on from the list below.
2. Print Labels
Upon completing your booking, shipping labels can be printed at Guest Services.
3. Attach Tags
Located at Guest Services, request tag holders and attach to each bag you ship.
4. Get Ready
Carefully review the instructions included on the itinerary printed with your labels.
Common Questions
- Do I need to weigh or measure my bag(s)?
No. Luggage Forward uses the same bag categories as airlines. Simply select the bag category that corresponds to your bag. If you have a non-standard item you can use the bag calculator.
- Do I need to box my luggage?
No. You travel with Luggage Forward just like you travel with airlines. No extra packaging is required.
- I bought items while on my cruise, do I need to remove price tags?
Yes. Please remove all price tags from clothing purchased abroad in order to prevent a customs delay.
- Where can I track my shipment?
Visit our tracking page and enter your trip confirmation number to obtain the latest tracking information.
- Is my shipment guaranteed to arrive on time?
Yes. Each bag shipped with Luggage Forward is backed by our double money back guarantee.
- Can I purchase insurance for my shipment?
Yes. Each bag shipped with Luggage Forward comes with automatic value protection of $500 against damage and loss. Additional coverage up to $50,000 per bag can be purchased for a fee.
- Which items cannot be insured?
Antiques, collector’s items, electronics, fragile items, furs, glassware, jewelry, musical instruments, photographic equipment, precious metals and gems, valuables, currency, works of art or any item specified in our terms of service.
- Which items cannot be shipped?
Aerosol or other pressurized containers, alcohol (including perfume), tobacco, food and perishables, all medication, batteries (including any within personal electronics), illegal drugs, firearms and ammunition, animals, hazardous materials or any item specified in our terms of service.
