How to Ship a Bike

Travelers can go at their own pace and choose the towns they want to explore. Other clients are racing or competing in a triathlon and want their own bike with them. 1. Book online or by phone
Provide your travel dates and your pickup and delivery addresses. You can book the shipment home at the end of your trip at the same time.
2. Pack your bike in a box or hard travel case
Bikes must be dismantled and packed in a corrugated box or a hard travel case. The packed bike can weigh up to 65 lbs / 29 kg and measure up to 46×30×12 in / 116×76×31 cm. 3. Attach your shipping labels
We provide your shipping labels. Place them on your bike box or case.
4. We pick up your bike
We collect your bike from your home, office or bike shop, track it throughout its journey and notify you when it is delivered.
Other Things to Know
- If you ship your bike internationally, our specialists prepare and submit all the customs documentation for you.
- Your shipment is backed by our Double Money-Back Guarantee. If we pick up your bike on schedule and it misses its guaranteed delivery date, we refund double the shipping charge. Exclusions apply, including customs holds and weather delays.
