What is Luggage Forward?

Luggage Forward is a new, innovative service that allows travelers to have luggage picked up at their home and delivered to almost any destination worldwide!  We are the luggage delivery partner of some of the world’s leading travel brands, including American Express Vacations, Celebrity Cruises, Starwood Hotels and more.  Luggage Forward spent four consecutive years on the Inc. 500|5000, a list of the fastest growing private companies in the US.  We’re growing fast and we’re hiring great people to compliment our talented team.

At Luggage Forward, our clients are the cornerstone of everything we do so our training methodology involves starting everyone at the same level handling client calls. We’ve developed this approach to help new hires quickly learn the complexities of our industry. Within weeks your responsibilities will increase and you’ll begin to interact with suppliers and explore complex business opportunities. You will be encouraged to learn quickly and expand your role within our organization. We are looking for outgoing, problem solving, service oriented professionals with strong communication skills to thrive in our fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

We are currently hiring in the following areas, however there are opportunities for cross-functional roles within our organization as well:

Client Loyalty Analyst This is an entry level position for great communicators who enjoy interacting with clients and helping people.

Logistics Analyst This is an entry level position for people with acute attention to detail who enjoy working in a team setting and solving problems.
