Client Loyalty Analyst Responsibilities

This is an entry level position for those who seek experience in a start up environment and intend to develop their career with a young company. Candidates should enjoy working with people, and solving problems. You will excel at Luggage Forward if you are enthusiastic about:

  • Talking with and helping people
  • Being a subject matter expert within the travel industry
  • Demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment to our valued clients
  • Managing time effectively and multi-tasking to complete objectives
  • Triaging priorities on the fly and communicating shifts with the team
  • Working cohesively with multiple teams to accomplish goals
  • Communicating effectively and concisely to all levels of management
  • Working with our business partners to resolve time-sensitive issues
  • Demonstrating integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to overcome challenges


Client Loyalty Analyst Qualifications

We hire people who are organized and driven to succeed and have a strong appetite for working in a team atmosphere. Specific requirements include:

  • Evidence of excellence in an educational and/or professional environment
  • Extremely polished oral communication skills, both in person and on the phone, as well as excellent written communications skills
  • Acute attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office required
