You are not required to be present at the scheduled pickup time. You may leave your bags in a place that is safe and accessible to a Luggage Forward agent. Once your luggage is picked up, it is monitored throughout its journey using our predictive tracking technology. Learn more about the luggage transit process.

We will arrange pickup right from your doorstep, or leave it in a safe location for collection.

Leave luggage with a doorman, or drop bags at nearby shipping point, which are often nearby.
