Booking Your Luggage Shipment
Booking a luggage shipment is easy either by phone or online, using your computer, tablet or smartphone. We have refined a very streamlined online booking process for shipping your bags. Simply select the number and type of bags (luggage, skis, snowboard, golf clubs, bicycle) you would like shipped ahead. Then, just tell us the date for pickup and for delivery and we'll take care of the rest. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call!
All of our luggage shipments are guaranteed to arrive on or before the delivery date that you select. You'll be presented with up to five service options (where available) that will allow you to choose from a variety of pickup dates and price points to fit your itinerary. Our faster services are more expensive than our slower services, so planning farther ahead will be the most cost-effective.
Luggage Forward can pickup and deliver your bags at virtually any physical address in more than 200 countries and territories. You should input the full street address of your home or business where you would like us to collect your bags. For delivery, we have pre-populated the most popular hotels in our system, so they will auto-complete for your convenience. Our system will confirm the validity of all addresses to ensure that your bags are delivered safely and reliably to your intended destination.
