Every booking is backed by Luggage Forward’s Best Price Assurance. If you find a lower total price on a comparable luggage shipping service, we will refund the difference and put a $25 credit in your Luggage Forward client account. If you’ve found a lower total price for door-to-door shipping of the same number and size bags, with identical pickup date, delivery dates and addresses, then review these questions to see if the rate qualifies as a comparable service:
Does the total price include pickup, delivery, fuel surcharge, at least $500/bag of value protection and an on-time guarantee?
Does the service offer a full money back on-time guarantee, as well as expense reimbursement of up to $500 per delayed bag for all shipments?
Does the service provide coverage for loss or damage to both your belongings and your suitcase if it is not shipped in a box?
Does the service provide you a sturdy luggage tag that securely attaches the shipping label to your bag so it does not fall off in transit?

Best Price Assurance Terms & Conditions
In the unlikely event that you find a lower total price for a comparable door-to-door luggage shipment, we will credit or refund to you the difference in price. In addition, we will apply a twenty-five dollar (US $25) credit to your Luggage Forward account, which can be applied to a future Luggage Forward booking. This Best Price Assurance is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
1. Booking. Shipment must be booked with Luggage Forward to be eligible to receive the refund or credit. Changed or cancelled bookings are not eligible to receive any credit. Credit will be added to your account within six weeks after the final leg of any qualifying luggage shipment has been delivered.
2. Claims. In order to claim a refund and/or credit, the booking in question must be paid in full. You must initiate any claim in writing by contacting Luggage Forward after your shipment is booked and prior to the collection of your item(s). The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.
3. Comparison. The Luggage Forward Best Price Assurance is available only for comparable luggage shipping services that publish in writing a total price for a door-to-door luggage delivery service that includes:
The same number, size and weight of bags
Pickup and delivery on identical dates to the Luggage Forward booking
All fees for pickup, delivery, fuel surcharge and any other charges essential to fulfilling the service
A written on-time guarantee that provides a full refund plus reimbursement of up to $500 per bag for any delivery that occurs after the scheduled delivery date.
Coverage for loss or damage to both your belongings and your suitcase without being packaged in a box or other rigid container.
A tear-proof polymer or equivalent tag that is sent to your pickup location, included in the total price.
4. Eligibility. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price, including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements. Comparison rates must be available online to the general public. For example, this does not include rates offered on:
Prices obtained via auction, flash sale or similar process
Membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates
Group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention or reseller prices
Prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public.
5. Limit. One $25 credit may be issued per booking. Luggage Forward reserves the right to revoke any credit that is issued in error, or where the customer is found to be ineligible to receive a credit or has been deemed by Luggage Forward to be abusing the Luggage Forward Best Price Assurance program for personal or financial gains.
6. Verification. All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by Luggage Forward. Luggage Forward will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Luggage Forward personnel. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. Nor will Luggage Forward verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
7. Changes. Luggage Forward reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Assurance or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Assurance. No change in the Best Price Assurance will affect any coupon that has already been issued to you. The failure by Luggage Forward to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
