Use a soft or hard ski travel case. A hard-sided case offers the most protection.
2. Pad the Bindings
Add padding around the bindings and tips, just as you would for airline travel, and secure the case.
3. Pack Boots Separately
Ski boots travel in their own small boot bag, booked as an additional bag. Helmets and goggles are best packed separately too.

Skis and snowboards can be shipped in a hard or soft travel case. We recommend ensuring that bindings and tips have sufficient padding, just as you would for airline travel. Boots are required to be packed separately in a small boot bag. The boot bag most often falls under our “small bag” category and will need to be booked as an additional bag.

Delivery time depends on your route and the delivery speed you choose when you book. Within the U.S., speeds range from overnight Express to seven-day Economy. International transit times are country specific and include time for routine customs inspections.
For ski resorts and other destinations prone to winter weather, we recommend shipping a few days ahead of your arrival. The extra time is a buffer against weather delays.

If you are staying in a vacation rental, make sure someone can receive the delivery, or ask a nearby carrier store whether it can receive and hold the shipment until you arrive.
Yes. Every shipment includes complimentary value protection of up to $500 in the rare event of damage beyond normal wear and tear. You may increase your value protection up until midnight the day of your pickup.
